Homemade caesar dressing

Mr.S and I love Caesar salad. We have it almost every night at dinner. This homemade recipe is very delicious and creamy, and definitely no preservatives!



Ingredients
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 egg yolk
2 anchovy filets
1 clove garlic, peeled and smashed

Directions
Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth
